Words are not sufficient to express my thanks to you and your incredible staff, for making my husbands surprise 60th Birthday party a huge success!
I have planned many political, business and 2010 Winter Olympic dinners and events, and I have never seen such attention to detail, professionalism and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Michael, please excuse me if I do not have the staff names down pat, however I would like to thank Laura, Ashley, Larissa, Dirk, Gee and Brianna for their incredible work ethic and for taking the time to ensure each and every guest's needs were met. Unobtrusive, yet always appearing when the wine glass needed replenishing, or finding a patron who had decided to mingle at the other end of the room.
Michael, from day one of planning, you were most accomodating, professional and had the expertise to suggest various menu options, ease of table selection, cost effective alternatives and a willingness to truly accomodate every detail, no matter how minute.
My phone has been ringing non stop, with guests gushing over the food, the service, the menu, friendliness yet professional manner of you and your staff. Not to forget the incredible room layout, wine selections (they loved your suggestions), and decor. Many guests could not stop with the comparison between "downtown Vancouver" wait staff and Felico's. Your restaurant won hands down!
You now have nearly 70+ guests stating they will be returning to your restaurant, and my husband and friends have decided Fellicos' is now the restaurant of choice, for our get togethers.
Michael, kudos to you and your staff, and due to your expertise and caring, we most certainly will be returning to Felico's to savour the delicious food, wine and overall ambiance of Felicos'.
